Creative Baking: Deco Chiffon Cake Basics with Marshall Cavendish


Really excited my new book Deco Chiffon Cake Basics is ready for pre-orders!

This Basics book is different from the first two Chiffon cake books in that it is centered around the Basics techniques (around 14) of Deco Chiffon Cakes. There are detailed step-by-step pictures for every recipe (e.g. bottom panel in the poster). The additional step pictures are also accompanied with special Deco/Troubleshooting tips for tricky steps in the recipe.

Hopefully this will help bakers and especially beginners alike master the Basic key techniques of Deco Chiffon Cakes.

The usual price is $25 before GST (after GST $26.75). Those who preorder will receive the book the last week of Sept (25-29 Sept). I will only be offering delivery this round. It will be in bookstores around mid-to-late October in Singapore. And this version should be in Popular Malaysia as well. It will be available worldwide in a few months!

I will be adding more sneak peeks pictures and updates into this link when I can =).

      Hi Mia, yes can ship overseas. It's USD 39.90 for worldwide shipping, USD 29.90 for Malaysia. You can fill up the form with your address and use paypal to pay. Will get in touch with you when you have filled the form. Thank you!
